Left-hander Jose Rosado mesmerized the Boston Americans while leading the Chicago American Giants to a 4-0 victory. The victory gives Chicago a record of 42-36.

The American Giants got a big hit from third baseman Brock Holt. In the bottom of the fifth, Holt pounded a 2-run home run to right-center. His 2nd home run of the season put the American Giants ahead, 4-0.

"It's a mindset," said Rosado. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent."
