Senators Need Extra Innings to Top Angels, 3-2 | The Washington Senators had to overcome a good performance from Los Angeles pitcher Tim Keefe to claim a 3-2 win at Wrigley Field (LA). Keefe went 6 innings and allowed 2 runs. The winner in relief was Ben DeMott. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 1-2. Washington is now riding a 4-game win streak.
Jose Peraza made it 3-2 in favor of Washington when he delivered a run-scoring single. It came with one out in the top of the 15th. The Senators went on to win.
