The standout performance belonged to Chicago pitcher and West Chester, Ohio, native Jon Matlack. Matlack went 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 8-13. At 40-46, the Federals find themselves in third place in the Senior Circuit Mama Mia.
