Dodgers Absorb 5-2 Loss at RFK Stadium
The Washington Senators picked up a win at RFK Stadium, taking down the Yokohama Dodgers, 5-2. Starting pitcher Jim O'Toole was a big reason why. Jumbo Brown recorded the save, making him 15 for 17. Yokohama now has a 8-game losing streak.

Jim Rice hit a 2-run home run off Greg Maddux in the bottom of the first, which put the Senators ahead, 2-0. In addition to the homer, Rice had 1 double, while going 2 for 4.

In postgame remarks, Rice said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."
