Bears Topple Americans with Late Rally | Getting offensive support from Louis Santop, the Milwaukee Bears topped the Boston Americans, 6-3. Santop went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Bears. Adam Cimber, credited with the save, is now 8 for 14 in save opportunities. The win lifted the Milwaukee record to 68-50.
In the bottom of the eighth, Santop put his team in front with his 24th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came against Bill Bartley, made it 6-3, Milwaukee.
