Lee went 8.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 2, and struck out 8. His record improves to 21-10. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Browns.
In the bottom of the third inning of a 1-1 tie, St. Louis designated hitter Wes Covington reached on an error by the 1B, driving in 1 run. It broke the deadlock and put St. Louis on top, 2-1.
