Caribou Lose to Black Yankees, 6-3
The home crowd had a good time watching the Caribou Caribou and New York Black Yankees get after it.

The New York Black Yankees beat the Caribou Caribou, 6-3, at Yankee Stadium I. The win was due in part to center fielder Stan Musial, who went 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Mark W Davis was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 4 of 4 save opportunities.

Musial had a big hit for New York with two out in the bottom of the second. With New York leading 1-0, Musial hit a grand slam home run. It was his 14th home run of the season and put the Black Yankees up, 5-0.

Musial told a New York Chronicle reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.

New York now has a 3-game win streak.
