 | Seals Celebrate Wild Card Win Saturday, September 3rd, 2005 While you set out to win a division each year, members of the San Francisco Seals seemed plenty satisfied with their place as ABBA 2A wild card winners. "The Pearl Jam Division crown would have been great, but we're still in a better spot than all the teams that are going home after the regular season is over," said catcher Bob Oldis. "You can't complain." There was certainly no complaining going on as the Seals clubhouse was filed with loud music and even louder celebrations following the postseason clinch. |   |
