| Jordan Socks it to Frenchmen, Cracks 5 Hits Monday, May 2nd, 2005 Harrisburg first baseman Kevin Jordan had a day to remember today, 5-for-6 against the Ft. Kent Frenchmen at Ballpark of Hayneville as the Senators picked up a 4-3 victory.
"He was patient up there today," Harrisburg skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Jordan has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."
Kevin Jordan doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and flied out in the 11th.
This season Jordan is batting .365 with 35 hits and 2 home runs. He has scored 13 times and has 17 runs batted in. | | |
