 | Harrell Gets 2-0 Shutout Monday, August 1st, 2005 Erie Seawolves starter Ray Harrell really did a number on the Manchester Bobcats today, shutting them out 2-0 on 6 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 7 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," Manchester manager . "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Harrell." This year Harrell has gone 11-7 with an ERA of 4.02 and has 132 strikeouts in 136.2 innings. |   |
