 | Borman Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 28th, 2005 There might have been some flickers of hopes of a playoff berth at some point during the season, but those flickers have been snuffed out. The Borman Astros were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Astros have missed the playoffs 44 times in their 44 years as a ABBA Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 45th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 1959. |   |
