 | Mad Dogs Buried - Out of Playoffs Friday, July 29th, 2005 A bad season for the Plano Mad Dogs isn't going to end with a miracle turnaround. The club was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Mad Dogs have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 24 years as a ABBA Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 1998. In the last 10 seasons, the Mad Dogs have missed the playoffs 6 times. |   |
