 | Freiman on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, August 8th, 2005 Nate Freiman of the Daytona Tortugas had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the ABBA 2A. The 30-year-old first baseman put up a .667 average with a .727 on-base percentage, racking up 12 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 9 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Freiman is batting .322 with 19 home runs and 97 RBIs. |   |
