 | League Issues 3-Game Suspensions for Brawl Thursday, June 30th, 2005 There was a heated confrontation yesterday at Isotopes Ballpark between the Sea Dogs and Mustangs that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Ed Abbaticchio of Portland and Jim Unknown of Billings were issued 3-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance. Looking at his season stats, Abbaticchio has compiled a .287 batting average and a .416 on-base percentage, while hitting 3 home runs and driving in 33 runs. |   |
