They have lost owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who passed away recently due to illness. The team announced funeral arrangements this afternoon at a press conference in Sportsman's Park. Services will be held tomorrow afternoon in the city. As far as who his successor will be, it was clear that his son Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan will take over as the new owner. In recent years as a training device, the elder bin Zayed Al Nahyan has given his son important positions in the St. Louis Browns organization.
